It first was a text questionnaire, the next part was recorded interview thing that you could complete at your own pace, after that they asked to schedule a phone interview.

Emails and phone calls, video responses to questions. What I really dislike is that the employee I am working with is very unprofessional. Consistently missing scheduled times for interviews and not responding to emails. I haven't had my final interview yet because Rachel hasn't replied to my email. I am just done with this unprofessional company.

Interview
The process is 2 days long. First day is info sessions and networking/dinner with credit managers from all over the country. Second day is three 30 minute interviews back to back with the same credit managers. Very easy and fast
