Standard interview. We discussed about past work experience, how you've handled conflicts in the work place, why you see yourself working here, etc. Asked about job flexibility as I was in school at the time of the interview.

Hiring process was good. Had two interviews. One with center manager and one with DM, on the phone. Overall one of the easier interviews to go through. Didn’t ask anything to stupid.

Nothing really comes to mind. The interview for assistant manager seemed to be already decide before hand. I was unprepared for talking about things I had not learned yet about the company and the business. They seemed uninterested in my previous experience at other retailers.

First there was a phone interview where I was asked about why I wanted this position. Next was an in person interview with my center manager. I was asked about prior positions and why I left my previous job. Then I met with a regional manager to see if I was fit for this position.
