Applied online, did a sort observation the following week. Called in for interview the following day. Then was hired 5 days later after background cleared. The whole process went quickly and was painless. Once called in for the interview, you're basically told you have the position if background check comes back clear.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
