The first interview was with a recruiting company hired on retainer by the target company. The interviewer did not seem to have true grasp of what the company was looking for. On the first interview with the company owners, they were not aware of my appointment (given to me by the recruiter). The second interview was much better as they were prepared, as was I. During the second interview, there seemend to be some discourse between the interviewers as to what the position would entail- it turned into a job description debate between them.
