I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FanDuel (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2025
Interview
Interviewed for a position in ATL. Likely a ghost position or they had someone they wanted for the position already. I say this because the coding "assessment" was so basic idk who could have gotten past the recruiter screen and not been able to pass the coding assessment. Coding assessment was finding the top 5 receivers in an array of receiver objects...so basically sorting an array...that's it. No leetcode...no problem solving...no questions about improving your solution or optimizing etc....no assessment really. I completed it and passed the test. Then it took a week for them to tell me I'm not moving on to the final round with no explanation whatsoever despite having passed the assessment and checking all the boxes...degree/experience/etc, Very much feels like a ghost job posting and they were just doing interviews for fun and wasting peoples time.

Vidoe call with two staff, no questions asked about experience required for the job. It felt like the decision had been made before the interview started. The interview lasted less than an hour.
1 hour initial interview going over experience and the role itself with someone from the recruitment team. After that another 1 hour interview getting asked more culture and technical questions with an engineer.
