Interview
Had a phone recruiter call and do an initial phone screen. Sent a simple pseudo-code test and then one-way video interview with 6 basic personality questions.
Went on to the next stage with a video interview over zoom. The behavioral interview was somehow even more impersonal than the recorded one. The technical interview asked some questions about Java and SQL and was enjoyable.

Interview
The interview started with getting asked some question on ym background and was professional and the interviewer was nice. Then after there was an assessment on HackRank with a Java object oriented problem and a leetcode type problem. I ended up messing up the leetcode problem and got rejected but overall this was a good experience with FDM Group.

Interview
took a few days to recieve the inv for the exam
they only give me 4 days to prep for the hacker rank exam which was quite stress also the format of the interview was quite different from the practice exam
Hackerrank test which involved basic problem solving but then a coding assignment at the end. Lockdown browser was needed and webcam was on. Timed assessment but plenty of time. Also had phone call interview.
