What was particularly concerning was that she appeared mistaken about the role I had applied for and wasn’t willing to acknowledge or discuss this mistake, even when I clarified it politely. This created confusion and made it difficult to have a meaningful conversation about my relevant skills.
The overall process felt unstructured, and there was little clarity about the actual responsibilities of the role or the next steps. Combined with the dismissive attitude and unwillingness to listen, it left me with a negative impression of how candidates are treated.
