Interview
Virtual pre-interview of four recorded questions and three multiple choice questions to be conducted at your discretion before the deadline. Questions were behavioral based. It was a fast and convenient experience.

Interview
HR reached out 5 weeks after I applied with salary expectations and to schedule an interview. I received the results 4 weeks after the interview. Interview lasted around an hour and was with 2 hiring managers. Interview consisted of introductions, followed by behavioral questions based on core competencies, followed by a chance to ask them questions. I found the behavioral portion to be quite rigid and difficult. The interview process was sent beforehand which I appreciated. I was not asked any technical questions.

Interview
Lengthy process, took around 3 weeks to get invite for interview. I was called by HR afterwards to get an official offer and then my email offer came. Overall really decent, the questions asked were part of the S.T.A.R method and prefaced with Exelon's core standards.
