      I had an exceptional experience throughout the interview process. The recruiter played a pivotal role in making the journey smooth and informative. They not only promptly addressed all my inquiries but also went the extra mile by allowing me to reach out multiple times for various concerns. Their proactive approach, where they consistently reached out to me in between interview stages, demonstrated a strong commitment to keeping me engaged and informed. What truly stood out was their honesty and transparency. Despite having a pool of candidates to consider, they consistently checked in on my progress and well-being. These regular phone calls were more than just routine check-ins; they were a reassuring sign of their genuine interest in my candidacy and a testament to their dedication to providing a personalized experience. In summary, the interview process was characterized by a recruiter who was not only efficient and helpful but also empathetic and considerate of my needs and concerns. Their efforts went a long way in creating a positive and memorable experience.

      I applied online. About 1-2 weeks later received an email request from HR to set up a call. HR asked when I was available, then sent a scheduled meeting request for a different time. Ok, whatever. The HR person I spoke with seemed to know little about the company and could not answer simple questions. Did not offer to get back to me with answers. Considering all the dis-jointedness, I did think the call went well. We seemed to be on the same page with pay etc. She said she would get back to me early the next week. And that was the last I heard....... I followed up with a thank you email etc but still no response. I just think it would be nice to respond to someone on if they are going forward etc. Seems rude to just not respond at all.
