I interviewed at Evergreen Investments (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
"Chill Phone Screen. Discuss resume highlights, reasons for pursuing Private Equity, and interest in Evergreen. Provide examples of skills, experiences, and alignment with Evergreen’s goals and values." Overall this was just a phone screen, and there would be a superday afterwards in the SF office
The interviewer was clearly reading off of a script and did not engage beyond the script. The interview was done over the phone, making it harder to communicate and connect with the interviewer.
