After the informational interview with HR, I interviewed with a project manager and a partner. They asked very basic and straight forward questions. A lot of it seemed to be whether or not your personality meshed well with them.

Two rounds, one with a hiring manager, and one with potential line managers after. Typically you will interview with multiple people, but for lower level positions the highest you may interview with would be Senior Consultants. The second interview is not very formal, and can be either in person or remote.
