2 phone interviews, basic scenario questions. it was a 2 day process. 2 interviews done on separate days. Once hired I choose my own shift. Training was 7 weeks from 9-630, very simple and easy training . Also it was paid training. Classes were Monday-Friday, weekends off.

What did I do ,when handling I irate customer? What steps did I take to deescalate the call, and what was the customer's reaction once issue was resolved.

The interview process was very straight forward. STAR method questions and took a total of about 2 weeks to get offer.

Interview
It is a bit of a lengthy process. Took about a month. You will have 3 separate interviews and then have to wait for the next class to start. Questions were pretty normal.
