Interview
I was invited to take part in a video interview. Mostly behavioural and situational questions. There were a few tech related questions towards the end of the interview. Practicing a few typical behavioural questions should be helpful.

Describe a time you had to deal with a difficult customer and how did you handle the situation?
Do you know how to set up projectors?
The interview process was organized and transparent. It included an initial screening, followed by a structured interview that covered previous experience, key competencies, role expectations, and team dynamics, with opportunities for questions throughout the process.

They asked what strengths I would bring to the position.
Candid. Flowed well and asked basic questions.
The interview was held at their office location which is typically a resort or hotel chain. Typically not inside the actual sales office - this is a space they provide to the company

Interview
It was overall a great experience. It was two rounds, one online and one in person. It was very conversational and friendly. Managers also cared about your personal expectations and goals.
