Applied online, completed digital interview, references were emailed, interview in person. Was called a few weeks later by HR with additional questions (questions which should have been asked before even scheduled for an interview)Seemed likes communication is definitely a problem here between the Nurse Manager and HR. Withdrew my application at that point because it seemed like things were being rushed without careful consideration.
