Interview
-Applied online
-Assessment was sent to me a couple of days later
-Was notified that I passed the assessment within a couple of hours and then was sent a link to schedule a video interview with a recruiter same day
-Interview lasted about 20–30 minutes. We went over my resume, what the job entails, she told me the job starts at about $22 per hour, fully remote, and went over benefits
-She told me she was going to move me forward to the next step to interview with managers and scheduled the interview on the spot
-The interview was 3 days later with two managers via Zoom. They asked STAR-based questions
-They went over the job again at the end, the requirements, etc., and told me I’d hear something back within a week
-24 hours later, I received a job offer
-24 hours after that, the background check process began. They asked for 10 years of history and will run a credit check.
-Start date is in about 30 days and they ended up offering me $24 an hour
-Very laid-back and great experience

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Empower (Greenwood Village, Arapahoe, CO) in Oct 2018
Interview
Within 2 days of sending my resume I received a call. The call then turned into a phone interview which led to an in person interview the following day. Although they were unsure of what was going on and who was going to be conducting my interview due to miscommunications (ended up starting 30 minutes after I was asked to be there) it was a pleasant experience. From the minute I walked in to the minute I left everyone was wonderful and kind. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. My interview was roughly a little over 30 minutes which was conducted by the HR hiring manager, who was a great to speak with.
