Interview
The questions were very purposeful in detecting whether or not you would be a constructive teacher of writing. I have been both the interviewer and the interviewee so I can say all questions are fair and not difficult to answer, especially if you just answer honestly.

I can't remember but it was basically about your background in writing! Everyone has one, especially as a college student.
