Elite Suites Pet Resort interview questions

I spent half an hour being berated by the owner. I feel sorry for anyone who doesn't research this place before seeking employment here. It makes sense why the turnover rate is so high.

Owner is not accustomed to interview etiquette. He spent majority of 2 hour interview talking about his previous employer and previous partners. I felt like he was more interested in finding someone that would agree with him than manage his business. He made it abundantly clear that he cared very little about his employees' experiences. This is the first interview I have ever participated in where the owner refused to give a tour of the facilities.
