I had a great interview experience overall. It included a test, followed by 4 interview rounds (test-based, problem-solving, architecture design, and behavioral/communication). HR was very helpful throughout the complete process.

Interview
The interview process was fully remote and consisted of 3 stages (and an initial chat with my recruiter, Alberto). I have applied through the EA careers page. The process took about 2 months from the first interview to offer, which was long, but the recruiter was very responsive to my emails about the updates, so I was kept in the loop throughout the process. The first stage was an interview with the technical lead, which was about my experience, previous projects, etc. The second stage consisted of a take-home coding assignment and 3 follow-up interviews (code-reading and technical, reviewing the code I've written and live adding to that code, and interviews with designers where I had to propose a solution to a design challenge) The last stage was a culture-fit chat. All of the interviews were very pleasant, everyone was encouraging and all the questions made sense for my experience and the position I was interviewing for, they also related to the game I would be working on. They did not focus on minute coding details but tested overall logic and code structure knowledge. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, even if a tad stressful due to how long the process took.
