Very nice, casual chat with a manager, quite relaxed and informal. You do have to give two references that they can check. Really positive and friendly, was offered a job on the spot.

Sent in CV via email, and within two days had a phone call asking if i could come in for interview the next day. Was offered the job at the end of the interview and went for my induction two days later - fastest recruitment process I've ever been through!
