I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Eaton
Interview
One interview, they paid for the flight and hotel. I met with operations manager, quality manager, HR Manager, 2 supervisors, and the plant manager. They all had questions. I knew about their processes, so I was able to engage in a good discussion. They all seemed to focus on the technical part.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Due to the fact that I met with a number of individuals representing a spectrum of their management team, the questions varied, but included: what is the first thing you would do here if given this job? how would you change certain behavior, and why are you leaving your current job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Eaton (Euclid, OH) in Dec 2020
Interview
This is a long process interviewing with two or three individuals at a time, for a total of 9 people. I wish these Human Resource and Plant Managers would narrow down these endless interviews. What candidate needs to talk to 8 or 9 people over 3 or more hours. It is ridiculous and amateurish.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Eaton
Interview
I applied to a blind job posting online and was contacted by an internal recruiter a week or two later and had a 30 minute phone conversation. He passed me on to the local HR team and I had two phone interviews totaling 1.5 hours. I was then invited onsite which consisted of several group panel interviews and a facility tour. It was the most well organized interview experiences I've had, from the travel arrangements to making sure I had all the information I needed and was comfortable during the interview.

Question 1
They're mostly behavior-based interview questions from a list of standard questions so some weren't quick applicable. Nothing overly difficult if you're prepared.
