I had high hopes for this company. The recruiting manager who phone screened me was very pleasant and friendly. We had a solid 30 min discussion. She told me she would reach out to me by the end of the week. She didn’t , so I sent a follow up email. I received a reply back with an apology letting me know how busy she had been the previous week. I was schedule for an in person a few days later. The first interview was with the Lehi recruiter. It was apparent he wasn’t seasoned in recruiting and could barley ask me more than two questions. It was odd. I had a 30 min Skype interview with the recruiting manager in SF. He asked me a series of decent questions but was yawning throughout the whole interview , which as extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. I then had another 30 min interview scheduled with the original recruiter I spoke to on the phone. It was more conversational with her. She was definitely the nicest out of the bunch. She told me she would get back to me Thursday or Friday (my interview was on Thursday). Come Monday (after emailing each recruiter and calling) I never heard back. This showcased a lack of professionalism and an overall disorganized and weak recruiting department. I am glad I did not receive an offer. Interviews are very telling of a company.
