I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at EOS Deal Advisory (London, England) in Jan 2026
Interview
As per internal brochure shared by recruiter - Informal first round, take home case study (second round), partner interview (third round).
First round was conducted via teams and had a senior interviewer and a more junior one on the call.

Question 1
First Round - Beyond the standard "Why EOS" and a "self intro", follow up questions were highly unstructured and didn't have any clear direction - veering from questions about past career choices, willingness to do an MBA, and even a question where the senior interviewer proudly declared "99.9% of applicants get this wrong" - which begs the question why even ask this if its such a poor filter for potential candidates (beyond the obvious reason to feel smug in an interview)?
Overall found it a waste of time with little learned about their internal operations, delivery models/expectations or ways of working with the senior interviewer taking up most of the available time and the more junior resource having less to say - felt very hierarchical and personality driven in the end.
