Then they pointed out employees who are not fluent in Scandinavian usually are the ones making illustrations and how is my illustration skills. Didn’t get an offer and got recommended books about illustrations. I thought I applied for a service design not illustrator position - funny. Also, if Scandinavian is required, a good idea to mention that in the job post.
