Our interview process is structured to provide candidates an opportunity to get to know our company through intimate and informative one on one discussions with employees at all levels of the organization. We strive for the experience to be interactive as we want to know all about you as well as what experiences and qualifications you can bring to EAG. We encourage candidates to ask questions and to follow-up with us afterwards. Generally throughout the process, we are able to provide a general idea of when we will be making a decision however some positions take longer to find the right candidate before a decision to be made. Though we try to make every attempt to provide updates throughout our process, we will admit that we are not perfect.
