Interview

I had a phone interview that I spent the whole morning preparing for and I got maybe 5 mins of the woman’s time. When she finally called, which was 15 mins after the scheduled time. She was very rude and impolite. Asked me the first question and as I answered she started talking to someone in the background, and of course didn’t hear my reply to the question. Ended up asking me the same thing again a few seconds later, like a rude clueless teenager that was texting and not paying attention. Like I said the whole phone call was maybe 5 mins long due to her lack of respect and inattentiveness.

For the Data Entry Clerk, we had over 300 applications so the first phone interview is very brief and usually under 10 minutes. This time is spent reviewing credentials. We understand you spent a lot of time preparing for the phone interview and are sorry that you felt your interviewer was rude and impolite.
