Pretty easy. Just trying to get to know what you would being to the table. For shift lead the manager should already know you are capable of the barista roles so they are looking for above and beyond.

The interview was not intimidating at all, it was calm and easy going. Felt more like a conversation, rather than an actual interview for a job position. Since, we already work together, it is an easier interview and more relaxed.

The interview process was very easy. My operator reached out and scheduled my interview over the phone and asked a couple of scenario questions. I heard back within the week. They are usually pretty good about giving you a date to hear back by and sticking to it.
