I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' in May 2010
Interview
Interviews are easy and quick. Not many questions to ask unless you have a long job history. It's more of a personality interview with the manager to see if you will get along with everyone.
Tell them about yourself and how you’re a leader. Give them examples and you should get the job. It really isn’t a difficult interview. Will the one I’m working at wasn’t difficult. Good luck!
Scheduled me for one interview to meet in person. Asked basic questions such as what was your past Dunkin experience, strengths and weaknesses. Got a call back 24 hours later
Easy questions about transportation and timeliness. Interview went well and they asked about goals in the company and why you are an asset to the team and how you can contribute.
