The interview process was typical. There was an interview screening over the phone, interview with the hiring manager over zoom and one last interview in person with the hiring manager and final round.

3 levels, very low pressure, almost conversational compared to star method. 3rd interview was a panel interview with 3 different people 30 min each. Followed by lunch with hiring manager and 2 of his peers

tell me when you had to use data to solve a problem
Screening call was about 25-30 minutes long. Spoke with a recruiter who described the position and then talked about my experience and what I was looking for. It was pretty laid back. The guy was friendly and did a great job selling the company.
