I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Downtown Seattle Association (Seattle, WA)
Interview
I had a great experience interviewing here for the most part. Everyone was very communicative and seemed passionate about their job. I had an initial zoom interview, and then about two 1-hour long interviews afterwards, and then I was asked to complete an assignment demonstrating my copywriting skills. Very simple and easy.
They did, however, drag the hiring process out for 3 months straight. I understand it was over the holidays but I made the mistake of turning down another job because they made me feel so confident I would get this one. And I was very excited about it.
After they rejected me, they told me they liked me and would happily send my resume out to their contacts and keep an eye out for me, which I desperately needed at the time considering all the time I spent. It has been 3 months and I have not received a single email.
