Applied, a month later I heard back from the hiring manager and scheduled an interview. No HR screening call and talked to three team members and the supervisor during the video call. They used the STAR interview method.

Tell me about a time when you xxx (all STAR based questions)
STAR format situation, task, action and result. Interview takes 45-60 minutes, It is a panel interview that is graded. Did not feel rushed to answer questions friendly environment. I took my time to answer the questions.

Clean, fairly straight forward. 1.) Web, 2.) Questionnaire, 3.) Zoom meeting. Interview questions seemed fairly reasonable for an analyst. Heavy reliance on Excel and database. Benefits seemed reasonable. The person I Zoomed with seemed dynamic, intelligent and friendly as well as very organized in their approach to interviewing candidates.
Phone screen with a 3rd party hiring staff. -> In Person interview at the downtown Richmond, Virginia location. A follow-up interview with members of the potential hiring department. Correspondence via email and phone.
