Go in, fill out application on the computer (in-store only). Fill out availability and interest questionnaire, then participate in a screening interview one-on-one with a manager. If you get a callback, you are offered a job. If not, you must re-apply after 30 days to be considered for the next hiring month.
Fill out application online and wait until the phone call to request an interview. Interview onsite. You are asked standard retail job interview questions. You will receive a follow up contact about employment,

Quick and easy. Sat, waiting, met with two different managers same day. They both seemed semi rushed and didn’t seem to care too much about my answer but were kind and respectful.
