I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Digitas
Interview
I applied online and there was an initial phone screening with the recruiter. After that I was scheduled to meet 4 people(Analyst, Media Supervisor, VP & Director) for an onsite interview. It lasted about 2 hours. Basic questions about you, your professional background, few technical (SEM related) and a few behavioral questions. Since you meet 4 people separately, "tell me about yourself" question is asked by all of them.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Digitas (New York, NY) in Feb 2017
Interview
Went to the headquarter of the company. Had the interview with few senior associates, managers. People are very friendly but smart and sharp. Great team to work with if you have the chance!
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Digitas (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2016
Interview
Started with a phone interview and just wanted to make sure you knew what the job entailed, you knew your resume and what Digitas does. Then they offered to do an in-person right away.
At the in-person interview, I met with 4 people who were senior analysts and managers. However it didn't seem any worked in the team I was interviewing for which I thought was strange but with different clients. They wanted to know why digital marketing and my knowledge with PPC, SEM, and excel. They didn't have a SOAR (STAR) type questions but more just getting to know you and your drive. They weren't 100% punctual but only a couple mins early or late for each, so not terrible.
