The recruiter was very communicative, which I appreciated, and overall everyone that I spoke to was friendly and informative. However, I felt like the interview process was unnecessarily long with multiple rounds of interviews, personality tests, a critical thinking test, and a simulation interview where you have to lead an implementation meeting with 5-7 people present. I invested quite a bit of time in preparing for the interviews and received mostly positive feedback at the end of my presentation, so it was disappointing to receive a rejection email a week later. With that being said, everyone was nice and I appreciated the time spent interviewing me, but it was a disappointing and somewhat difficult process overall.
