Interview
you pretty much dealing with your future boss when you on interview call. After the initial HR screening call, you will get a call from your future perspective manager discussing your past experience and the applied job expectations. If everything goes well than you go in for a panel interview consist of 4~5 managers of the department. where they all will ask you questions from technical to normal interview question such as what was your major weakness or major accomplishments from the past job.

One phone call with HR, then a zoom call, then an onsite interview. For the onsite interview they said they were going to feed me then decided not to, then had me sit in an office for an hour and a half as I waited for my ride to pick me up. Very unprofessional.

It was relatively easy. there were about three steps, and everyone was super nice. it took a little longer to hear back, but i followed up with them and they replied fast anf let me know what was going on.

Talked to some of the guys in the Grand Rapids branch and all seemed very nice. Asked basic questions and went smoothly. Did not get offered job due to locational reasons but seemed like an interesting company.
