I was asked a couple motivational questions: why you, why Deloitte; some behavioral: tell me about a time where you collaborated ect ect; and finally some questions related to the work from home trend.

Difficult interview
Application
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte in Sept 2009
Interview
initially: online application
receive phone call to go to group interview
then final stage is one on one interview with a partner.
best advice would be to be yourself, no one wants to work with someone who is ingenuine. big thing about Deloitte was how friendly everyone was so don't be nervous about the interviews!
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Tell me about a time when you demonstrated your creativity
Getting the interview was the hardest part of the process. I did two interviews, one with a partner and one with two analysts. Overall, with case practice the interview is pretty easy and straight forward.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Describe a time when you had to deal with conflict with a teammate or co-worker
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (London, England) in Oct 2024
Interview
Straightforward. Interviewers were nice. 1 online interview, mainly behavioural but linked back to Deloitte and its values. Focused on my experience and lots of STAR questions. Not technical but still needed to show awareness of Deloitte and its values.
