Extremely casual - as it was a junior role, it was extremely conversational and was a focus on the way you communicate and can display yourself. Interviewer was extremely patient and kind throughout.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
three interviews the same day with different level of hierarchy. They ask relevant questions related to the position and there is unless questions such as "3 strenghts and 3 weaknesess"
