Very simple, straight forward, would recommend it highly! The managers there are picky but they only want what's best for everybody. This is very very very true at least from what I've experienced.

I applied online, then I called to let them know I applied. I was interviewed by the bar manager and manager. persons. They will train you to make their specialty drinks. Training is paid for hourly pay and you will not get tips until you reach your fifth day of training which is the end of your training. Pay was really good tip wise. I made a lot of types because I provided great customer service and you do have to share tips with other bartenders and the bar-back.
