Interview
Quick one. They basically just looked at my resume, to see whether I was a student or not. I don't think they actually care about what was going on in it. They probably needed kitchen staff immediately.
Applied online, got a call the next day to set up interview, asked some experience questions on the phone. Interview was easy, didn't really ask any questions besides experience and school, wanted to talk more about their ideas for the store.

Interview
I applied to this job through a friend that already worked in the restaurant. After a couple of days, the boss called me and arranged an interview. The interview was really just a formality and the boss didn't expect anything because I was only applying for my first job.
