I applied online. I interviewed at DaDa (Belfast, Northern Ireland) in Sept 2017
Interview
The interview process consisted of reasonably casual back and forth chat followed by my experience prior. We discussed my strengths and weaknesses and also just checking to see if we were a good fit. The interviewer just wanted to clarify that I has good internet, that I'm positive and interactive and that I'm reasonably competent on a computer.
In a nut shell, the interview process was very unorganized and left me with more questions than answers. They did not make it easy to contact them and was unprofessional. The "teacher trainer" was rude and condescending. Pass on this.
First initial interview, speak about your past experiences. IF you dont have any then talk about why you want to teach Chinese students so much. then a 20 min demo with a real student

Question 1
What's your experience with teaching young children?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at DaDa (Swansea, Wales) in Dec 2020
Interview
Pass a screening of initial skills, record a interview (15 minutes) await a response. DADA use to have 1:1 interviewers however this has recently stopped and they only accept self-recorded interviews.
