First round is behavioural. Second round has 4 brainteasers. Interviewers are friendly. but the brainteasers are pretty challenging. i didnt get enter the on-site round. But overall experience is pretty good.
Initial online maths and probaility test, Normal screening interview followed with a final interview with a senior trader on the desk which was behavioural and technical.Advice is to brush up on typical quant interview resources such as the green book.

I had a call with HR and a call with the lead trader. Discussed experience and explained what the role would be like. Overall not bad, but did not meet the criteria for what they were looking for.
