I am actually currently working when I applied for the position, and made it very clear in the application that I am currently employed but looking to leave my current company. . Approximately 10 days after I applied i revived an email requesting an interview.
The email stated an ideal time and day but also noted that another day/time could be made available. unfortunately the idea day was on a day that i have a full training class to teach at my existing job. Not wanting to jeopardize my current position for a potential one, i asked if it was possible to reschedule for any other day that week. My emails and voice-mails went completely ignored and i missed the interview.
Apparently if you want to interview with dish, do not believe them when the ask you what days work for you. Just go with whatever is the first date they offer.

Great experience. Fun to interview with. Be prepared with follow up questions to ask the team to understand daily operations and needs. The program requires a lot of detail and focus, which isn't a bad thing. Just be prepared.

Overall a great process! The recruiter that I worked with was amazing. He was very kind and communicative throughout the process. The process moved quickly- phone screen with recruiter, 30 minute call with hiring manager, take home task (video) and 2 online personality tests, interview with two hiring managers, interview with another manager. The longest part of the process was waiting for their decision (which did come almost two weeks later than they said it would). In the end they decided to go with someone else, but I am confident that it Dish would be a great place to work!

Most unprofessional interview process I have ever been through. Heard so many bad things about working for this company! Based on both of those factors this is not a company I would ever want to work for.
