Hi All, Really pathetic experience with Dmart. Don't fall for the name its really worse Indian retail. Details(Current Salary) was already informed to HR (3rd Party) and also to D-mart HR and they conducted the interview process. I visited their office twice and cleared all the technical rounds of interviews and they had high expectation from me to work on multiple technologies(Server/Virtualization/Storage/Backup) and lead the 3rd Party tech team. Which took almost 25 days for these process to complete. Later i got a call from Dmart- HR and they informing that we cannot even afford the salary which you having currently due to you do not have sufficient years of experience, and I was surprised. You could have rejected my profile at the time of Initial screening. Really worse work culture it seem as suggested from my friend(Who is currently a part of it and this I got to know later) Don't fall for this trap.
