Local manager is not really supportive, a long process. After some interviews still not get a feedback. After asking several times got rejected due to lack of experience. Talking to foreign managers was good as they have good attitude.

The application through their website. Then interview was conducted and after HR round and Technical round ,they selected me. They are very practical about the job conditions and handling capacity.
