I applied online, within a couple of hours they rang me, asked me a few questions such as are you still interested in the job, also hours i can work etc.. Then they sent me interview details straight away, which was quite scary as they asked for a lot considering it was only a customer consultant job.
They sent me an email stating their will be 3 parts to the selection process, a role play, product demo and competency based interview. I did a lot of research so looked at my phone spec etc, made notes on all 3 parts of the interview process but it was all pointless.
Apparently interview was supposed to last 1 hour but mine just lasted around 10-15 minutes, he asked me a few questions. I just answered them, it was quite calm, not much pressure as the branch manager was young and really smiley making it very welcoming. (I panicked for no reason)
Overall, interview was okay it wasn't as complex as they made it out to be, but i am not sure whether that was because they wanted to get it over with quickly or never had enough time or was just doing a formality interview as they have already selected their candidate.
He did take my bank details, i filled in paperwork also he made copies of all the documents they asked for such as my passport etc, this made me slightly confused. I guess i'll find out in 72 hours whether i got the job or not.
