I applied through university. I interviewed at Cummins (Indianapolis, IN) in Oct 2015
Interview
Structured with 2 on 1. The interviewer seemed in a rush. One person interviewed while second person took notes. Questions were very structured and past behavioural. There were interlinked probing questions for each question. Overall three questions were asked.

Tell us about a situation where you were bale to produce results.
They asked the question you would normally be asked during an interview. After applying, it took a long time to be contacted for the telephone interview . However all the recruitment staff are very nice.

Question 1
Why have you chosen this organisation?
Why have you chosen this internship?
How do you solve communication conflicts?
Expected behavioral interview questions. Very clear. Their interviewers could be more engaging, it very much seemed like it was an interrogation session instead of an interview. They were very nice and attentive hiring managers.
