Very thorough process. It was a mutually enriching process as I too, was ensuring if Culligan was going to be a good fit for me. Culligan invests time to ensure that the candidate will be a cultural fit.

Very fast in the beginning with 3 interviews within 2 weeks plus assurances of ongoing communications one way or another. No one ever contacted me again. My emails to them went unanswered. I found out secondarily they hired someone else. Its very unprofessional for a company of that size and one that portrays itself as one with excellent communications.
