I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Crown Castle (Houston, TX) in Mar 2018
Interview
Interviewed initially on campus, then a phone interview, then a final two day interview. After the two day interview (which required me to take time off work and miss school classes), the people at Crown Castle never cared to notify me if I got the position or not. I mean..,at least grow a spine and tell me I didn't get the position. I had to put my life on hold for their silly multi-day interview. Anyways, I consider it a bullet dodged to not work at CC if they are either this disorganized or apathetic.
