The interview process had a phone screening interview and then 2 additional virtual interviews with those who I would be supporting. It was well-structured and reflected the agency’s high standards. Overall I felt comfortable with the interviewers.

Interview
The first step required answering an e-questionnaire. Upon submitting my responses (very tight timeline to do this), I was contacted within one-two days and invited for a first interview. This interview was with the hiring manager. Within one week of that interview, I was invited to a second one with a three person panel. Both were virtual.
The initial contact/interview process was very quick. I did not however hear from anyone again after my second interview - this was quite disappointing given how great communication had been throughout. I realized after awhile that I wasn't the candidate of choice.
