I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Denver, CO) in Mar 2015
Interview
As long as you know your stuff, the interview is easy, and honestly if you don't know your stuff, you shouldn't be a manager anyway. The interview is more of a formality unfortunately, as management almost always knows who they are going to choose for any given position before it actually posts for applications. This makes it hard for anyone other than the favorites to move up (or even laterally for that matter).
