I applied online. I interviewed at Cornerstone Autism Center (West Lafayette, IN)
Interview
My interview happened a while ago but the process is still the same. I got a tour of the building. That was followed by an interview. It ended with some time to shadow a client and a therapist.
I applied online. I interviewed at Cornerstone Autism Center (West Lafayette, IN) in Mar 2021
Interview
At the time of the interview invite, I was out-of-state and Cornerstone was very flexible with scheduling a remote interview. The interview duration was 30 minutes. Two interviewers took turns asking me 3-4 questions. I was then left with plenty of time to ask clarifying questions about the position. While I was extremely nervous going into the interview, I felt comfortable with the two interviewers and they seemed engaged in what I was saying.
I selected 'no' to getting an offer because I am currently still in the process of being selected/deselected for the position. Immediately after interviewing, I was asked to complete a background check.

Nothing like before. They had me meet one girl a who described what working what would be like then I shadowed two therapists then lastly I talked to a bcba therapist that helped me know what the next process would look like.
